HISTORY
1551 was one of four Atlanteans (1449, 1524, 1551 and 1612) converted to open top. She has served in both Liverpool and latterly Southport. Her main claim to fame is as Liverpool FCs home coming bus for many years until Arriva retired her in 2005. She took part in 1449's farewell tour from Southport in 2006 along with 1236 and 1032.
